Which PASMA course do I need?
Towers for Users covers standard mobile access towers and is what most operatives need. If your work involves towers on stairs, cantilevered sections or bridged spans, those are separate courses — the assembly differs and the standard card does not extend to them. Towers for Managers is for people specifying and supervising tower use rather than building them, and does not qualify anyone to assemble a tower. All PASMA cards run for five years.
Weekend training
Towers for Users runs on Saturdays as well as weekdays. That is uncommon and worth knowing about if releasing operatives mid-week costs you a day's production — the certificate and card are identical, and Romford is reachable from east London, Essex and north Kent without an overnight stay.
