The SMSTS Refresher is a two-day update of the full Site Management Safety Training Scheme, designed for managers who already hold a valid SMSTS certificate. It revisits changes to health and safety legislation, risk management and CDM duties, and on successful completion renews your CITB SMSTS certificate for a further five years.

Your existing certificate must still be valid to take the refresher — if it has already expired you will need to complete the full five-day course again. Prefer to train remotely?
