Blended First Aid at Work (FAW) in Victoria

The blended route to the full First Aid at Work qualification. The theory is completed online at your own pace before the course, and the practical training and assessment are delivered face to face over two days rather than three.

The qualification is the same as the three-day classroom course and suits higher-risk environments such as construction, manufacturing and rail. The difference is scheduling: one day less away from site, with the underpinning knowledge covered in advance.

Siren Training deliver this course exclusively through active and former emergency service professionals, including firefighters and paramedics.

Course Location and Format

Online theory is completed before attendance. The two practical days are delivered in Victoria, Greater London, SW1P 2PD, running from 09:45 to 17:00.

Who Is This Course For?

Nominated workplace first aiders in higher-risk environments whose first aid needs assessment calls for the full qualification, and who would rather complete the theory in advance than spend a third day in the classroom. No prior qualification is required.

Siren Training was founded by firefighters in 2012 and has grown into a national provider with a team of more than 250 instructors — paramedics, NHS clinicians, former police and armed forces personnel, and psychologists. That background shows in how the courses are taught: the emphasis is on what people actually do in the first few minutes of an emergency, rather than on working through a syllabus. Training covers workplace first aid, mental health first aid, fire safety and workplace conduct, delivered in the classroom and live online across the UK and Ireland.

Envico Limited is an independent intermediary working in association with Siren Training. Envico is not accredited by or associated with examination bodies or institutions in any way. All courses advertised on this website are advertised and delivered by independent and established accredited or approved training providers.
