The SSSTS is the construction industry’s established two-day qualification for site supervisors, foremen, gangers and team leaders — anyone taking their first step into a supervisory role. The course covers health, safety, welfare and environmental legislation, supervisors’ legal responsibilities, risk assessments and method statements, toolbox talks and effective monitoring on site. On successful completion you receive the CITB SSSTS certificate, valid for five years.
