Course Overview

A one-day live online course that shows delegates how to investigate workplace accidents properly: establishing what happened, finding the root causes and recommending actions that stop it happening again.

Investigating accidents is a core part of any health and safety management system. Good investigations do more than prevent a repeat of the same incident; the recommendations they produce strengthen the whole system.

Delivery Method

Live online training with an SSG instructor, delivered by video conference. You will need a computer with a camera, microphone and a reliable internet connection.

Assessment and Certification

Delegates are assessed on their contribution to the practical exercise and feedback. Successful delegates receive an SSG course certificate, valid for three years.
