IOSH Leading Safely is aimed at senior managers, directors and business leaders rather than line managers. It addresses health and safety as a leadership and governance issue — the decisions taken at board level that shape safety culture, reputation and organisational risk.

Delivered live online, the course is deliberately short and strategic. It does not teach risk assessment technique; it examines why safety performance matters commercially, what good leadership looks like, and how leaders influence outcomes through the standards they set and the behaviour they model.

This course is delivered online as a live instructor-led session, designed to fit around senior management schedules.
