Why This Rather Than the MBA

A general MBA teaches management as practised in larger organisations, where functions are separate and specialists exist. Running a pyme is a different job — you are the finance function and the HR function, and the constraint is always time and cash rather than strategy.

Spain's economy is overwhelmingly made up of small businesses, so this is a well-developed teaching area there. If you run or will run a small company, it is the more relevant of the two.
