First Aid for Appointed Persons Courses with British Red Cross

The British Red Cross First Aid for Appointed Persons course is a half-day course suitable when Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidelines indicate that a first aider is not necessary. It is ideal for lower-hazard workplaces with fewer than 25 employees, and for higher-hazard workplaces such as construction or warehousing with fewer than 5 employees, where a risk assessment indicates a first aider is not required. The course includes basic first aid and covers workplace accidents and emergencies, and successful learners are British Red Cross certified for 3 years as an Appointed Person.
