IATP Duty to Manage Asbestos

The IATP Duty to Manage Asbestos course is a specialised training program designed for those responsible for managing asbestos in buildings, such as property managers, landlords, and supervisors. This course equips individuals with the knowledge to comply with legal obligations under the Control of Asbestos Regulations. Participants learn how to assess asbestos risks, implement control measures, and manage asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) safely to prevent exposure. By completing this course, managers can ensure they meet regulatory requirements and protect building occupants from asbestos hazards.

This is the IATP-accredited duty-holder route. Compare the umbrella Duty to Manage Asbestos range. For professional building management see BOHS P405 Management of Asbestos in Buildings, and for surveys BOHS P402 Surveying & Sampling. See the full Asbestos Awareness & Management range.
