The First Aid at Work training course, which This course updates the first aid skills of those who need to renew their First Aid at Work certificate. The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) strongly recommends that you requalify within a month of your certificate expiring. It meets the standards required to help comply with Health and Safety (First aid) regulations.

Who should attend the First Aid at Work Course?

This course is designed for people who want to receive our most thorough first aid training. It is most suited to those working in high-risk environments, such as building sites or warehouses.

Delegates must be aged 18 or older to attend this course.

Candidates need a basic command of English (defined as Level 2). While we are often able to provide support to people who do not have English as a first language, our ability to do so is limited by the time available and the number of people who require assistance. We may be able to make special arrangements if requested in advance. Please contact us if you need any guidance.

For short courses a completion certificate is available at the end of the course. You can screenshot this or print it out to confirm completion of the training.

For accredited courses a certificate will be sent directly to you from the appropriate awarding body.

To join online courses, delegates have to log in via a link provided through a computer or laptop with a camera, screen, microphone and access to the internet.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and your course login details will follow within one business working day.

Once you have paid for your course(s), you will receive an email from our team advising how to begin your training.

You will be provided with a username and password which will enable you to access the e-learning portal. Login to start your course, once you have completed and passed the course, you will be able to download and print your certificate straight away.
