The IWFM Level 5 Diploma in Facilities Management is the most comprehensive qualification at this level, designed for specialist facilities managers and those working at middle or senior management level who are responsible for specialised and complex functions. How the Course Works
You will be assigned a dedicated account manager who provides full support throughout the qualification, starting with a video induction and detailed assessment plan. For each unit, you complete a draft assignment which is reviewed by an internal IWFM assessor, with feedback and any corrective actions provided by a professional IWFM marker before your final version is submitted to IWFM for marking. This process is repeated for every unit until the qualification is complete, and it has produced a 100% pass rate for learners on this programme.
