This is a one-day CITB Health and Safety Awareness training course. It aims to provide delegates a practical summary of health and safety, welfare and environmental issues.
This course is the first step towards a CSCS Labourers Card (Green card) and for newcomers working in the construction industry.

This course is accredited by the CITB.
Requirements
A good level of written and spoken English is required to successfully complete this course.
Assessment
At the end of the two days candidates will be required to pass a multiple choice test.
Certification
Once the course has been completed candidates will receive a CITB recognised Site Safety Plus certificate.
When Does the SSSTS Certificate Expire?
The certificate lasts for 5 years.

This CITB HSA qualification is renewed by attending the course again

For short courses a completion certificate is available at the end of the course. You can screenshot this or print it out to confirm completion of the training.
For accredited courses a certificate will be sent directly to you from the appropriate awarding body.
