Unfamiliar, But Consistent
Turkish is unrelated to English and works quite differently — words are built by stacking suffixes onto a root, so a single word can carry what English needs a whole clause for. Word order is subject-object-verb, and vowel harmony governs which suffix forms are permitted.
The good news is that it is unusually regular. Almost no irregular verbs, no grammatical gender, and spelling that matches pronunciation precisely. Once the logic lands it stays landed — which is exactly the sort of thing a tutor gets you through faster than a textbook.

Suffix stacking is hard to self-check. You can build a grammatically valid word that no Turkish speaker would ever say, and nothing in a book will tell you. A native tutor catches that immediately.
