Level 3 or Level 4 food safety?
Level 3 is the supervisory standard — enough for someone running a kitchen or a shift and the level most environmental health officers expect of a supervisor. Level 4 is management level, aimed at whoever owns the food safety management system, writes the HACCP plan or answers to the local authority. If you are the person signing off the system rather than following it, Level 4 is the right one.
