The CITB Health and Safety Awareness Online (Instructor-Led) course provides learners with essential construction health and safety knowledge through live virtual classroom training delivered using Microsoft Teams.
This one-day CITB course is designed for individuals starting work in the construction industry, as well as those preparing for the CITB Health, Safety and Environment test and applying for a CSCS Labourer card. Delegates attend remotely while participating in a structured tutor-led learning experience from home, work or another suitable location.

Course Duration
The online instructor-led CITB Health and Safety Awareness course is completed over one day.
Assessment
Delegates complete a multiple-choice assessment at the end of the course. Participation throughout the training session is also required.
The assessment typically consists of 25 multiple-choice questions completed within a set time period.
Certification
Successful delegates receive the CITB Construction Site Operatives Safety Certificate.
The certificate is valid for five years and supports progression towards obtaining a CSCS Labourer card.
