Delivery Method

Assessed from workplace evidence. There are no classroom sessions, no day release and no written exams. Evidence from your everyday leadership responsibilities goes into an electronic portfolio, and your assessor supports you remotely, face to face or with a blend of both.

Course Content

The qualification focuses on leading health and safety at a strategic level: setting policy, managing risk across the organisation, auditing and reviewing performance, learning from investigations and planning training. Your assessor confirms the unit combination with you at induction.

Awarded by ProQual (qualification number 603/6851/2) – a nationally recognised Level 7 Diploma, CITB and CSCS approved.
