What the Level 7 NVQ in Construction Senior Management involves

Delivery Method

NVQ – assessed in the workplace. There are no classroom sessions, no day release and no written exams. You upload evidence from your role to an electronic portfolio, which your assessor reviews remotely, and support is available remotely, face to face or as a blend.

Course Duration

Many learners finish in 4–8 weeks, depending on their experience, availability and evidence. You can progress at your own pace.

Course Content

The qualification looks at running a construction business or division at senior level: business planning, commercial and financial management, managing risk, setting policy and leading the people who deliver the work. Your assessor confirms the unit combination with you at induction.
