Delivery Method

Assessed from workplace evidence. There are no classroom sessions, no day release and no written exams. You upload evidence from your projects to an electronic portfolio, and your assessor supports you remotely, face to face or through a mix of both.

Course Duration

Many learners finish in 4–8 weeks, depending on their experience, availability and evidence. You can progress at your own pace.

Course Content

The qualification covers project management at a strategic level: business and operational planning, commercial and financial control, managing resources, monitoring project performance and managing risk, along with the policies and procedures that support delivery. Your assessor confirms the unit combination with you at induction.

Is there an exam?
