Delivery Method

NVQ – evidence from your supervisory work is uploaded to an electronic portfolio, with remote, face-to-face or blended support. No classroom sessions, day release or written exams.

Course Duration

Many learners finish in 4 to 8 weeks depending on experience and evidence; a fast-track option is available, or you can work at your own pace.

Course Content

The qualification looks at how you supervise work on site: organising people and resources, maintaining health and safety, checking quality and progress, communicating with your team and the wider project, and keeping records up to date.

Assessment

• An induction to review your experience before you start
• Evidence such as site documents, RAMS, toolbox talks, progress reports and health and safety records
• Professional discussion and workplace observation
• Photo or video evidence and witness testimony

Certification

ProQual Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Work Supervision (qualification number 600/4243/6). The package includes a CITB test and CSCS card support, with your card application handled after certification.
