Delivery Method

NVQ – a portfolio of workplace evidence is built through an electronic system, with remote, face-to-face or blended support. No classroom sessions, day release or written exams.

Many learners complete in 4 to 8 weeks, depending on experience and evidence; a fast-track option is available, or work at your own pace.

Course Content

Assessment covers advanced trowel work, including complex brickwork and blockwork, masonry features and heritage work, setting out to drawings and working safely to the required standards.

• An induction to assess your current experience
• Evidence such as site photos, completed jobs, RAMS, site diaries and witness testimonies
• Professional discussion and on-site observation
• Photo or video evidence

Certification

ProQual Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Trowel Occupations (qualification number 601/6501/7). The package includes a CITB test and CSCS card support, with your card application managed after certification.
