Mental Health Support for People Who Lead Teams

Course Overview

The FAA Level 3 Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health (RQF) prepares managers and supervisors to lead, mentor and support employees who are struggling, so they can stay engaged with work. It covers common conditions including anxiety, depression, stress and trauma, how to recognise the warning signs, how to listen without judgement and how to guide someone towards professional support.

The course does not qualify you as a mental health professional – it gives you the knowledge and confidence to respond early and to know where your role ends.
