NEBOSH National General Certificate in Safety and Health

What is NEBOSH?
NEBOSH is an awarding body based in the UK, and stands for National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health. NEBOSH courses provide internationally recognised qualifications in health, safety and risk management which are relevant to all workplaces. These qualifications are endorsed by both IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) and IIRSM (International Institute of Risk and Safety Management).
Delivery Method
Delivered via public virtual classroom over Microsoft Teams, combining live tutor-led sessions with self-paced eLearning.

Assessment
Assessed via an NG1 open book examination (24 hours to complete) and an NG2 practical risk assessment project submitted to NEBOSH.
Certification
Holders of the National General Certificate are entitled to Associate Membership (AIOSH) of IOSH and Associate Membership (AIIRSM) of IIRSM.
