Safety Harness Work at Height Rescue Course Overview
The Safety Harness Work at Height Rescue course in Tonbridge is designed to provide learners with the knowledge, confidence and practical competence required to safely carry out the rescue and retrieval of a suspended casualty following a fall at height. This specialist training focuses on emergency response procedures using commonly available rescue and evacuation systems.
Delivered over one day, the course combines classroom-based theory with intensive practical training exercises. Assessment and Certification
Successful delegates will receive a Safety Harness - Work At Height Rescue e-certificate accredited by Kentec Training and approved by IPAF, valid for a period of 3 years from the course date.
To remain certified, you will need to retake the full Safety Harness - Work At Height Rescue Course once again.
Course Duration
This is a one-day course, usually delivered over approximately 6–8 hours of training.
Entry Requirements
Learners are typically expected to hold a valid Safety Harness Essentials qualification or have prior experience using fall protection equipment. Delegates should also be physically fit and comfortable working at height.
