Health & Safety and Working at Height Training in Tonbridge and Ashford, Kent

Kentec Training delivers accredited health, safety and working-at-height qualifications from two centres in Kent — Tonbridge and Ashford — serving construction, utilities, facilities management and industrial employers across the South East. Their range covers CITB site safety schemes, NEBOSH and IOSH qualifications, and a notably deep working-at-height portfolio spanning PASMA tower training, IPAF powered access, Ladder Association courses, harness use and inspection, roof safety systems and RTITB forklift operator training.

Site safety management — CITB
Kentec runs the full CITB Site Safety Plus range at both centres, including SMSTS and its two-day refresher, SSSTS and refresher, and the one-day Health and Safety Awareness course that underpins the CSCS labourer card. See all CITB courses.
Working at height — PASMA, IPAF, Ladder Association
This is the deepest part of Kentec's range. PASMA Towers for Users, Towers for Managers, Towers on Stairways and Combined Low-Level Access run regularly at both sites, alongside IPAF 3a, 3b, dual 3a/3b and 1b operator categories. Ladder Association user and inspection courses, safety harness essentials and inspection, rooftop safety, work-at-height rescue and the TETRA pitched roof system complete the picture. Where Kentec Training delivers
The Tonbridge centre carries the widest schedule and is within easy reach of Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Maidstone, Bromley and South East London. The Ashford centre serves east Kent, including Canterbury, Folkestone, Dover, Thanet and the Channel corridor. Both are practical options for employers in Medway, Dartford, Gravesend and along the M20 and M2.
Which Kentec centre should I book?
Tonbridge holds the fuller schedule and carries several courses that Ashford does not, including NEBOSH General Certificate, RTITB forklift, face fit testing and the TETRA roof safety system. Ashford is the better choice for delegates travelling from east Kent, and runs the core CITB, IPAF, PASMA and first aid range. Where a course appears at both centres, the dates differ — check both listings before booking.
