This two-day refresher course is for delegates who have previously attended and passed the full five-day SMSTS course and can provide proof of attendance within the previous five years. It aims to bring health and safety knowledge up to date, as well as giving a thorough overview of the legislative changes and their impact in the workplace. The course includes a wide range of topics, many building on the previous five-day course programme as well as introducing new subjects.

We are accredited training providers for CITB, IATP and PASMA, and our courses run from our purpose-built training centre in Durham, which includes an air-conditioned classroom and an indoor scaffold inspection facility. Our programme covers a full range of health and safety subjects, from Manual Handling through to Temporary Works Coordination, along with first aid and asbestos awareness training.
Alongside training we provide technical services including scaffold design, noise and vibration assessments, face fit testing, portable appliance testing and display screen equipment assessments.
