Course Content

• Health and safety law and regulations
• Principles of good management and leadership
• The Plan-Do-Check-Act model
• Identifying, assessing and controlling common workplace hazards
• Understanding why accidents occur in the workplace
• How human behaviour can affect health and safety

Assessment / Examination

Delegates are assessed throughout the course through verbal questions and discussion, and take a final assessment.

Certification

Successful delegates receive an electronic IOSH Managing Safely Refresher certificate, valid for five years and renewable by retaking the refresher.
