CITB Directors Role for Health and Safety (DRHS)

The CITB Directors Role for Health and Safety (DRHS) is a specialised one-day course tailored for company directors and senior managers in the construction industry. It focuses on the strategic importance of health and safety within a business context, emphasising the legal, moral, and financial responsibilities of directors. The course covers key topics such as the health and safety legislation, corporate governance, risk management, and the creation of a positive safety culture. DRHS is written for those setting direction rather than running sites day to day, so it is not a substitute for SMSTS if you also manage a site.
